Dr. Michelle Grewe recently began as the Professional Learning Director at the Northern Indiana Educational Service Center (NIESC). Previously she was the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment with the Westview School Corporation. She received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership through Ball State University with a dissertation titled, “Counselor Perceptions of CTE in Indiana”. She works with K-12 staff in all areas related to curriculum and assessment. She is experienced with the implementation of Professional Learning Communities and has seen how the framework impacts all areas of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Leading the North East Indiana Curriculum Study Council allows Michelle to connect with and learn from her peers. Michelle has presented ILEARN training sessions at several ESCs around the state.
