Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities

All Sponsors and Exhibitors will have an opportunity to submit a proposal to present a session at the 2024 Reading Summit.

Exhibitors

Claim your opportunity to have a booth and showcase your products, services, and information to Reading Summit attendees! All booth types include up to 2 booth staff per day. Additional staff tickets are available for purchase during registration.

Add-on Packages for Sponsors & Exhibitors

We are excited for the 2024 Reading Summit to provide an opportunity for exhibitors and decision makers to come together to strengthen and promote excellence in education. Just as there is no one “right” way to teach, there is also no “right” way to advertise. Reading Summit offers a wide variety of options to make your conference experience just what you need.

Lanyards: $500 (Limit 1)
Your logo placed on the lanyards provided to all conference attendees
Literature Distribution: $300
Your promo or printed material (provided by you) to be placed in attendee bags. This is an opportunity to put a one page (front/back) flyer in packet for attendees. Shipping information will be provided closer to the conference, and must be received to that location no later than 4PM ET on May 1, 2024.
Hosted Room: $750 (In addition to your booth, you will have a conference room assigned to you. You can decorate, set up signage, hand out literature/SWAG etc.) – Exclusive opportunity to host a sponsored breakout session – Company name and description in event program – Company name and link on event website

Exhibitor Hall Important Information

CIESC will provide wireless high-speed internet service and basic electrical service (110 outlets) for each exhibitor booth.

Lunch

Lunches will be provided for booth staff and available for purchase for additional staff members at $20/person.
Our snacks and refreshments will be located in the exhibitor area. This placement brings more traffic to the exhibitors throughout the day.

Exhibitor Registration

Sponsor and Exhibitor registration open until May 1, 2024 or until sold out. All payments are due by May 1, 2024.

Once your registration and payment is received CIESC will send an approved email with information on how to register booth workers.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

If cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event, CIESC will refund 100% of your payment.
If cancelled 30-60 days prior to the event, CIESC will refund 50% of your payment.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event, CIESC will not refund any payment.
