Rhonda speaks with Principals Mike Pinto and John Pearl from the Tippecanoe School Corporation. Mike serves as principal at James Cole Elementary and John serves at Battle Ground Elementary. These two principals facilitated a session at the Fall IASP conference where they shared stories, engaged the audience in so much laughter, and included a few leadership lessons along the way.
