Which One Doesn’t Belong (#wodb) is an incredible tool for teachers to use in their classroom to engage in collaboration and discourse while honing number sense, algebraic reasoning, and computation skills. Students analyze four different numbers, shapes, graphs (etc) and determine which one doesn’t belong – or creates reasons why any of the four might not belong! Critical thinking and observational skills are honed while students have to use mathematics terms and concepts to justify their thinking!
