Focused Professional Learning to Strengthen Student-Centered Coaching
Keep Indiana Learning is proud to partner with Diane Sweeney Consulting to bring Student-Centered Coaching professional development to the Midwest—offering workshops, summits, and cohorts so coaches and leaders can choose the learning experiences that best fit their needs and move their practice forward. Led by consultants from Diane Sweeney Consulting, these learning opportunities are designed to support you as you work to grow your coaching practice and expand your impact.

Who should attend?
Each of our professional development sessions is designed with practitioners of Student-Centered Coaching in mind. Participants from within and outside of Indiana are invited to join these sessions.

What to Expect
Student-Centered Coaching is a coaching approach focused on supporting student learning. Throughout these professional learning opportunities you will be supported to transition your coaching from a mindset of “fixing” teachers to evidence-based instructional coaching to improve student learning.
The workshops and summit will be held at the Central Indiana Educational Service Center (3500 DePauw Blvd., Pyramid Two, Suite 2020 Indianapolis, IN 46268).
Student-Centered Coaching: The Workshop

Location: CIESC at The Pyramids, Indianapolis
This Workshop is designed for coaches and school/district leaders. We encourage teams to attend the workshop together.
This Workshop includes two differentiated options:
Level 1: Ideal for those who are new to Student-Centered Coaching.
Level 2: Recommended for participants who have attended our Level 1 workshop, or those who have partnered with Diane Sweeney Consulting through onsite work or other sessions led by our team.
Student-Centered Coaching: Implementation Summit

Student-Centered Coaching: Implementation Summit is structured specifically for coaches and leaders who are implementing Student-Centered Coaching.
This Summit will include a variety of opportunities to hear from Diane Sweeney Consulting’s team and current practitioners of Student-Centered Coaching. Join this Summit to learn and collaborate with practitioners and leaders across the Midwest.
Student-Centered Coaching Training for Math Coaches

This 3-day cadre will provide math coaches with the foundations of Student-Centered Coaching plus targeted learning about how Student-Centered Coaching fits into the broader picture of a Tiered System of Support in mathematics.
Participants must attend all three sessions.
*This Cadre might be especially helpful for schools whose Literacy Coaches have already received Student-Centered Coaching training.

This Cohort is designed to support Math Coaches as they provide coaching support to the teachers in their buildings. We will explore success, challenges, barriers, and opportunities around the implementation of Student-Centered Coaching and consider how this coaching work supports a Mathematics Tiered System of Support.

This Cohort is designed to provide implementation support to coaches utilizing Student-Centered Coaching. We will explore success, challenges, opportunities, and barriers to coaching work as we support deeper implementation of Student-Centered Coaching.
Member Credits – CIESC Member Credits cannot be used for these events.
Refund Policy – There will be no refunds for Student-Centered Coaching events. However, registrations may be transferred from one person to another within the same school district for the same event up to two weeks before the event. Registrations can not be transferred between different workshop/event offerings. Please reach out to Cara Edwards (cedwards@ciesc.org) with any questions.
