Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration

Sponsor and Exhibitor registration open until May 1, 2025 or until sold out. All payments are due by May 1, 2025.

Once your registration and payment is received CIESC will send an approved email with information on how to register booth workers. 

Cancellation policy is as follows: 

  • If cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event, CIESC will refund 100% of your payment. 
  • If cancelled 30-60 days prior to the event, CIESC will refund 50% of your payment.
  • If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event, CIESC will not refund any payment.
