Coaches serve a unique role and require professional learning experiences that are targeted to this work. Join these KINL Coaching Events to continue your coaching journey.
Virtual and In-Person options for engagement are available across the year. Each session is designed to support coaches in continuing to grow in their practice and coaching dispositions. All sessions will include professional learning and time for collaboration between coaches. Sign up for all sessions OR choose the sessions that are the best fit for you!
These KINL Coaching events are designed for experienced coaches that have already been trained in coaching models and practices. If you are new to coaching and/or looking for poaching professional learning experiences, please check out the KINL Coaching Cadres.
Who should attend?
Instructional Coaches, Technology Coaches, Department Chairs, Mentor Teachers, Curriculum Coordinators, and other leaders who provide coaching cycles in their building and/or district.

Assessments that Drive Coaching Work: Coaching conversations grounded in student learning require evidence and actionable data to guide conversations. Join the community of practice to consider types of assessment that gather the information you need for these coaching conversations.

Data-Driven Coaching Conversations: Join the community of practice as we explore data-driven conversations to move teaching and learning forward. Learn strategies for engaging in tough conversations that focus on what students are learning, and what to do when they aren’t.
