We are excited for the Building Thinking Classrooms to provide an opportunity for exhibitors and decision makers to come together to strengthen and promote excellence in education. Just as there is no one “right” way to teach, there is also no “right” way to advertise. BTCC offers a wide variety of options to make your conference experience just what you need.
Conference Tote Bags: $1,500 (Limit 3) Your logo placed on the tote bag that is provided to all conference attendees
Conference T-shirts: $1,500 (Limit 3) Your logo placed on a t-shirt that is available for purchase to all conference attendees
Book Sponsor: $1,000 (Limit 3) Your literature placed in the Building Thinking Classrooms book purchased by conference attendees
Badge Holders: $3,000 (Limit 1) Your logo placed on the badge holder that is provided to all conference attendees
Lanyards: $3,000 (Limit 1) Your logo placed on the lanyards provided to all conference attendees
Literature Distribution: $300 Your promotional or printed material (provided by you) to be placed in attendee bags. This is an opportunity to put a one page (front/back) flyer in packet for attendees. Shipping information will be provided closer to the conference, and must be received to that location no later than EOB June 4, 2023. Exhibitor Hall Important Information
Exhibitor Area Hours:
Thursday, June 29 from 10:00 am – 4:00pm ET,
Friday, June 30 from 8:00am – 3:30pm ET
Exhibitor area setup – Wednesday, June 28 from 12:00pm – 4:00pm ET or Thursday, June 29 from 7:30am – 10:00am ET.
Tear down of booths will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. No exhibitor should be leaving prior to 1:00 p.m. Attendees will have dedicated exhibit hall time.
Exhibitor area setup will be in the main gymnasium at Franklin Community High School. The loading and unloading area is at the loading dock on the west side of the building with easy access to the gymnasium. See Expo Hall Layout.
