Join fellow school counselors from across Indiana for Counselor Connect Grade-Level Circles, a collaborative series designed to help you connect with peers who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of your grade level. Through bi-monthly virtual Huddles, you’ll exchange ideas, discuss timely issues, and leave with practical strategies you can immediately apply in your school.

- Elementary School
- Middle School
- High School
All experience levels are welcome — from new counselors to seasoned professionals.

What to Expect
Each session begins with a brief whole-group welcome before participants move into elementary, middle, or high school breakout groups for meaningful discussion, resource sharing, and peer problem-solving. Between meetings, you’ll receive optional grade-level monthly tasks aligned with seasonal counseling priorities to help you stay organized, proactive, and connected throughout the school year.
Whether you’re new to the profession or a seasoned counselor, Grade-Level Circles offer an engaging space to build relationships, reduce professional isolation, and strengthen your practice alongside colleagues who do the same work every day.
