What to Expect
Coffee Talk is an informal opportunity for student service professionals to connect, collaborate, and discuss timely topics impacting our work throughout the school year. Throughout the series, we’ll welcome guest speakers to introduce or present on emerging issues, legislative updates, innovative practices, and other hot topics relevant to student support services. Each session is designed to foster meaningful conversations, practical takeaways, and valuable connections with colleagues across the state.
Kickoff Session – August 25: We’ll begin the series with special guests from the IDOE & CHE, sharing highlights and key updates from the most recent legislative session and what they mean for schools and student support services.
