Comprehensive Career Counseling Workshop Series
Gather your team members and join us for this three-part workshop series! Workshops will include a balance of content delivery and participant engagement through team implementation planning. Content will be developed and delivered by Inspire Success.
Who should attend?
Teams are encouraged to participate in this workshop series. Suggested team members may include: A district-level coordinator of college/career or student services (or similar) to lead the work; Administrators and School Counselors from the elementary, middle, and high school levels; Career and Technical Education counselor, career course teachers. AT minimum, team members should include at least one Administrator, School Counselor, and teacher from the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Additional staff and community partners are welcome and encouraged to attend the series!

What to Expect
Participants will be able to:Â
- Assess current career counseling practices, inclusive of Indiana GPSÂ
- Identify data elements to inform career counseling practices within a multi-tiered, multi-domain system of supportÂ
- Collaborate with district- and building-level teams to develop a K-12 career counseling frameworkÂ
- Develop vertically-aligned career counseling goals at the district- and building-levels
- Develop an equitable and accessible career counseling action plan with scope and sequence, inclusive of tiers one-two support, student career competencies, employability skills, and experiencesÂ
- Embed career counseling activities, inclusive of state required activities such as the graduation plan, into a comprehensive school counseling calendarÂ
- Collaborate with grade level teams from other districtsÂ

Workshops will be from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET at the Central Indiana Educational Service Center (CIESC) in Indianapolis.Â
