Leverage your knowledge from the Big Math Ideas to support all students!
Supporting students at Tier 1 and Tier 2 means ensuring access and success with high-level tasks and grade-level standards. This Cadre will work to unpack methods to meet the needs of all learners through effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 planning and scaffolding.
As you learn more ways to grow in your leadership as you explore effective strategies for responding to student needs through Tier 1 and Tier 2 Instruction, you will also learn ways to flexibly respond to students through analyzing student work and considering flexible differentiation strategies. You will leave this Cadre with a mindset on using strengths-based feedback and approaches to move student thinking forward.
