Teacher Tips in Five Minutes or Less” is a series that provides teachers with tips they can use. Every teacher has sat through a professional development that has been useless. They may leave feeling inspired or motivated to stay in the profession; however, they left without any tangible steps they could use. Sometimes, teachers leave with tips they can use, but the tips are so complicated that teachers put them off until later and later never comes around.

“This series is for new teachers seeking to establish effective routines and practices, veteran educators looking for a quick refresher or new inspiration on practical classroom strategies, and instructional coaches who need micro-content for workshops or PD sessions.”

The episodes above are just the first season. The second season is dropping a new episode each week in the fall of 2025. Feel free to share some teacher tips or some issues you would like solutions. Send them to keepindianalearning@ciesc.org.
