In this episode of Systems Talk, Dr. Rhonda Roos focuses on the system of Data-Driven Conversations. Rhonda interviews principal Amy Linkel of South Ripley Elementary. Amy is in her sixth year serving as principal at South Ripley and discusses the impact of the weekly grade-level meetings at her school. But more importantly, Amy shares how she moved the success from those weekly meetings into monthly vertical meetings. She facilitates a vertical alignment session for grades K-3 and a separate one for grades 3-6.
