This webinar creates space to slow down, reconnect, and allow the body to move toward greater ease and regulation. What to Expect
Dates and Times: April 15, 2026 from 11:00am – 12:00pm ET
Location: Virtual via Zoom
Led by Dr. Terri Miller, a school psychologist, educator, and Certified Mind-Body Medicine Facilitator with decades of experience supporting individuals and communities through stress and crisis, participants will be guided through meditation and breathwork, imagery, reflective dialogue, creative expression, and time for connection. These practices were originally developed for trauma recovery and are also deeply supportive for everyday stress and burnout. This is an educational, experiential workshop open to anyone seeking greater calm, grounding, and care for their whole self.
Facilitator
Dr. Terri Miller recently retired from being the assistant director at Hamilton Boone Madison Special Services Cooperative. Terri has been involved with developing crisis response protocols in a variety of school districts in Indiana. She is an Emotional CPR Trainer and NASP-PREPaRE School Related Crisis Response Trainer and is a Certified Mind Body Medicine Facilitator.
Terri is on the Board of Noble of Indiana, Allies of Indiana and the School Board for the Indiana School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. She earned her Ph.D. from Ball State University in the areas of school psychology and counseling and completed a certification in Applied Educational Neuroscience. This certification addresses the importance of human relationships, understanding our stress responses and strategies to build resilience.
