This webinar brings together two school districtsโ€”one large urban and one small ruralโ€”to share practical, real-world approaches to building and sustaining effective Work-Based Learning (WBL programs. Participants will hear how each district is meeting (or plans to meet) new WBL diploma requirements, including coordination and oversight, tracking student participation, and collaborating with school counselors and community partners.ย 

The session will feature brief district presentations followed by a facilitated Q&A and idea-sharing discussion, offering participants concrete tools, lessons learned, and adaptable strategies for districts of any size.
