PLC Series – Module 1: The Macro and Micro Level of the Four Questions

To best support our teachers with the professional learning community (PLC) process, provide clarity of both the goal and expectation of each meeting. By sticking to the Dufour model of processing the four key questions, teachers collaborate on the most important aspects of their students’ learning. In this session by Carrie Rosebrock, a Professional Learning Specialist at CIESC, we revisit the four questions from a macro (district level) and micro (PLC level). When you have core systems in place within your district or school, weekly PLC cycles can effectively address these questions. We also dive into questions that support each of the four questions that will enrich PLC conversations.
