We will be using evaluations as a leverage to increase teacher effectiveness and impact student learning
Teacher Evaluation is more crucial than ever as we look to recruit and retain quality educators. Now is the time to leverage our teacher effectiveness model, classroom observations, feedback and coaching opportunities, and goal setting process. We can begin by participating in training with fellow evaluators.
The Evaluation Rubric training you will receive at Keep Indiana Learning is second to none. This training incorporates all of the key components of the teacher effectiveness rubric but also embeds work related to retaining our teacher talent through effective feedback, building teacher efficacy, and providing ongoing support through continued reflection and goal setting.
