Presented by Obie Martin

Obie Martin has been working with schools implementing the NGSS standards since their release in 2013. In that time, he’s worked at the district, school, and classroom level in several states to help educators implement best practices across a spectrum of subjects; including understanding the standards, integrating the design process, problem-based learning, and connecting science and literacy. Obie has presented workshops at regional, state, and national science conferences. He also used to be a fifth grade teacher in Logansport, IN. Although he left the classroom 15 years ago, he never left Cass County.
