Collaborate and grow with a community of coaches in a KINL Coaching Cadre!
Join a KINL Coaching Cadre to engage in professional learning experiences designed to support Instructional Coaches and leaders of teachers! This Cadre is designed for new and veteran coaches looking to grow in their foundational coaching practices.
When done well, Instructional Coaching is a key component of building teacher capacity and improving student learning. Throughout this Cadre we will explore characteristics and dispositions of effective coaching that has the potential to transform student learning. You will walk away from this work with an understanding of multiple models of coaching, a clear mission for your coaching work, strategies for developing a “Coaching Toolkit” containing the tools you need for your work, and language and methods for remaining student-centered in your coaching work.
Join us for collaborative opportunities to grow in our coaching practice as we consider the best ways to connect with teachers through coaching.
