Engaging, Empowering, and Equitable: Learner Centered Lesson Design
In this self-paced course, we will look at strategies for sparking student engagement and curiosity, empowering students with choice and agency, and developing a learning space that is equitable and accessible. Each module will include recorded or written resources for new learning, activities for practice and processing, and a self-assessment of understanding and skills. Open virtual Zoom sessions will be scheduled during the course timeline for support, discussion, and coaching.
