Join us for a 5-week intensive blended workshop as we develop a clear understanding of culturally responsive pedagogical (CRP) practices.

As you progress through the course, you will be able to:

  • identify real-life CRP instructional practice
  • establish a culturally responsive learning environment
  • develop CRP lesson plans
  • explore data analysis strategies

The content for this online 5-week course will be delivered through a combination of in-person/hybrid sessions, a live virtual event, and the Canvas Learning Management System.

This delivery method involves an intensive 5-week course – October 4 – November 5, 2021:

  • Canvas will be used on a weekly basis to provide materials, resources, and opportunities for learning and collaborative interaction among participants as they gain knowledge and insight into culturally responsive pedagogical practices.
  • In-person sessions will allow participants to process the online course content, apply new learning, and reflect on their experiences
    • Monday, October 18, 2021 – Half Day In-Person workshops at CIESC w/ hybrid option
      • Administrators: 9:00-11:30 a.m.
      • Teachers: 12:30-3:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4:00-5:30 p.m. – Live virtual event for all participants via Zoom
