Join IASP and Keep Indiana Learning at CIESC to learn how the School Leader Paradigm can help shape your individual leadership attributes, and also the key dimensions of a successful school. The School Leader Paradigm focuses on Personal, Systems, and Social Intelligences for the school leader, and then the Culture, Learning, and Systems Dimensions for the school. The Cycle of Inquiry and Micro Credentials will also be presented, both allowing the leader and the school to exhibit successful essential outcomes.
