When done well, Instructional Coaching is a key component of building teacher capacity and improving student learning. Throughout this Cadre we will explore characteristics and dispositions of effective coaching that has the potential to transform student learning.
This Cadre is designed for new and aspiring Instructional Coaches that are looking to connect and grow together. Join us for collaborative opportunities to grow in our coaching practice as we consider the best ways to connect with teachers through coaching.

Learning Intentions / Objectives
We will dig into the key practices of coaching teachers, including:
- building coaching relationships with teachers
- the coach’s role in supporting teachers to reflect and grow their practices
- engaging in tough conversations
- how to partner with administration in a non-evaluative role

This cadre is for all Instructional Coaches and Mentor Teachers, but any who feel they can benefit may join!
